No, customers are welcome to use CoverRight’s research tools and platform even before enrolling in Medicare. Their support team is available to answer any questions along the way.
In most cases, individuals must already be enrolled in Original Medicare and be within a designated Medicare Enrollment Period to purchase a Medicare Advantage, Medigap, or Prescription Drug Plan through CoverRight. The CoverRight team is available to help those not yet enrolled get coverage.
Customers begin by entering their doctors and prescription medications on CoverRight’s online platform at https://coverright.com/wegmans. A licensed insurance agent will then review their information, follow up by phone to recommend Medicare plans that align with their health needs and budget, and assist with completing the enrollment.
